Online registration for the 2019-20 school year is now open! Please read the information below about usernames, then follow the link below to get started. 

RETURNING STUDENTS: Please do not click on "New Student Registration."

In the boxes on the left, type in...

Username = student ID number (you can get this from the online gradebook, report cards/progress reports, or by calling the office)
Password = student birthday, 8 digits (MMDDYYYY)

NEW STUDENTS who have never been enrolled in Yale Public Schools before: 


Click on "New Student Registration." You may set up any username/password. In the registration tool, you will need to set up an appointment to come to campus to finish registration.

If you would like assistance or need computer access, you may come to the high school library between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM, Monday 7/29 through Friday 8/2, as well as Monday 8/5 and Tuesday 8/6.

Back-to-School Night for both campuses will be Tuesday, August 6 from 6-7 PM.

ELEMENTARY STUDENTS (grades PK-5): Yale Elementary will provide teachers with all necessary student supplies, so we will not require families to buy supplies. Donations of tissues, disinfectant wipes/spray, and standard school supplies will be accepted throughout the year.

JUNIOR HIGH & HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS (grades 6-12): You will need to come to campus on the dates below to select your classes for the year, between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Teachers will inform you what supplies are needed for each class; we suggest that every student have a backpack. Donations of tissues and disinfectant wipes/spray are accepted in the main office.

    • Seniors: July 31 
    • Juniors: August 1 
    • Sophomores: August 2 
    • Freshmen: August 5 
    • 6th, 7th, & 8th-graders: August 6

ATHLETICS AND EXTRACURRICULARS: Student-athletes must have a physical on file dated May 1, 2019 or later.
