Students who have been enrolled in Yale Schools last year will enter their username and password to update their information. Your child’s username is his/her student ID number. Student’s ID numbers can be obtained by calling the school. New students to our district will use the “New Student Registration” link to create a new account and register your student.
Chromebooks are set up at both sites for parent/guardian use. Our continued belief is the online tool will eliminate the repetitive paperwork that must be completed each year and streamline the entire enrollment process.
When registering, please make sure that a valid email address is provided. During this time, electronic communication will be an important tool and the provided email addresses will help us better communicate with families.
Returning students in grades 6-12 will not need to come to the jr. high/high school office to select the courses they will take. Mr. Baker will set your class schedule depending on what each student will need to graduate. Changes to a students schedule can be made once school begins on August 13, 2020.
Those who are new to our district can also utilize the online registration; however, they will need to set up a follow-up appointment through the registration tool because additional information will need to be completed in person. Please bring a copy of your child’s birth certificate, up to date shot records, proof of residency, and a copy of the student's transcript from former school. A follow-up appointment will need to be scheduled between the hours of 9am and 2pm, please call the high school office to set up an appointment.
All families who are attending Yale Public Schools this year will be mailed a free and reduced meal application. We need every family to fill out this application and return to the school office. All families should return a completed application whether or not you qualify for a free or reduced meal. Students entering the 7th grade are required by the state to either have received the TDAP immunization shot or have an exemption letter on file with the school.
