ATTENTION parents and guardians,
The State of Oklahoma is requiring a new form to be completed prior to school personnel administering any medication to your child. The form must be completed and signed by a physician before any prescription medication can be given out.
Over the counter medication must also have a form completed prior to school personnel administering medication.
The form can be found here: https://www.yale.k12.ok.us/documents

We appreciate our staff's commitment to learning new ways to benefit our students.

YALE PUBLIC SCHOOLS IS BACK IN THE COMPETITION!
Once again, Yale Public Schools has chosen to compete in the T-Mobile Friday Night 5G Lights competition for the chance to win an incredible $1,000,000!
We need the support of the Yale community to help us make it as far as possible in this competition! Every like, share, and interaction can make a difference.
HERE’S HOW YOU CAN HELP:
YPS will be making numerous posts featuring our students, school spirit, activities, hashtags, and more throughout the competition. Please like, share, and interact with these posts—and encourage your friends and family to do the same!
The more people who see and engage with our posts, the stronger our chances of advancing to the next round. Let’s show T-Mobile what the Yale community is all about!
LIKE. SHARE. SUPPORT. REPEAT.
Let’s rally together, spread the word, and #GoYale!
Yale Public Schools—One Community. One Team. One Big Opportunity!
